When you sign up you'll enter your payment info through Stripe, but you won't be charged a thing during your trial. When the trial ends your account automatically converts to your chosen plan and billing begins. If you cancel before the trial is up, nothing is charged — no questions asked. You can cancel anytime right from your account dashboard on our website — no need to call or email anyone. We'll also send you reminder emails as your trial winds down so you're never caught off guard. On a 14-day trial you'll hear from us at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day remaining.

No. Your dealers get free access to their own portal where they can view upcoming parties, manage their profile, and confirm bookings. Only the business owner pays the subscription.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only be charged the difference for the remaining time.

Professional customers choose any 5 from a pool of 10 modules including Appearance & Branding, Dealer Photos, Advanced Email, Placards, Dealer Training, SMS Text Messaging, Waitlist Management, and more. Enterprise customers choose any 10 from a larger pool of 20, which adds Truck Loading Report, Client Portal, Availability Calendar, Analytics, Multi-Location Support, and others.

Basic supports up to 50 active dealers and Professional supports up to 100. If you outgrow your limit, simply upgrade to the next tier. Enterprise has no dealer limit.

You can pay monthly or annually — annual billing saves you 2 months. We accept ACH bank transfer (no surcharge) and credit card (3% surcharge). There are no setup fees and you can cancel anytime.

During your free trial you can try every module and swap freely to find your fit. On plans that include modules (Professional and up), you then get 2 swaps a month — and anything you remove can be added back free within 7 days. Basic is our core scheduling plan, with no add-on modules.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard with no penalties. If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, your account stays active until the end of the paid period.
