With your consent, Dealer Scheduling — and the casino-party companies that use our platform to schedule you — may send you SMS text messages related to your dealer schedule, including booking confirmations, schedule and time changes, party availability alerts, and urgent coverage requests. You opt in to these messages within the app or through our SMS opt-in page, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your schedule and bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive the same notifications by email.
Mobile information (including your phone number and your SMS opt-in and consent) is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the messages you have opted into, through our messaging provider (Twilio) acting solely as a service provider.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to their security standards.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments, AWS for email delivery, and Twilio for text-message delivery) solely to operate our platform. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are excluded from all such sharing and are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. To close your account, use the cancellation option in your account settings or contact support.
